The owner Rocky was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived a couple hours ahead of when I thought we’d be there and we still got our room in short order. The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

The motel was very clean and comfortable. It’s owner, Rocky and his wife were very accommodating and also made suggestions about places to eat and sights to see.

The staff was freindly and tried to be accommodating, however the property is very outdated, old and in desperate need of upgrading. It was very overpriced for an old motel . It is not a modern facility. That should have been made clear before it was offered by Expedia.

Hello John, thank you very much for your feedback. You mentioned "overpriced for an old motel", I will give you the benefit of doubt that this was your first time in Williamstown because it is pretty obvious that you are completely unfamiliar with hotel/motel prices in the area as our prices were one of the cheapest for the weekend you stayed and I am quite sure that's why you booked with us. You also accused Expedia of being not clear about the property. I searched the entire description on Expedia, and have found not even a single place where it describes our motel as a "MODERN FACILITY". Therefore, it's unfair to blame Expedia or our property for your own ASSUMPTION or should I say MISCONCEPTION. We can most certainly direct you to some of the "MODERN FACILITIES" next time you come in town but just be prepared to pay triple the price which I am sure you wouldn't mind. Have a good life.

The owner of the property was amazing. Probably the most helpful hotel manager I have ever met. He was friendly and gave us a summary of the town and dining options. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Weekend Getaway
We stayed here on a weekend trip and would stay again. The check in was easy and everyone was friendly. The room (a double queen) was clean and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the outside deck one afternoon and overall this was a nice place to spend a couple of nights with easy access to Williams, MOCA and downtown North Adams.
