L’hôtel était en rénovation et je n’en ai pas été informé(e) avant mon arrivée. La réception était fermée et l’enregistrement se faisait dans un autre espace. Après une longue et fatigante journée de voyage, j’avais hâte de me détendre au restaurant, mais j’ai découvert qu’il était fermé et temporairement installé dans une salle de réunion sans charme. Ce fut l’une des expériences de restauration les plus déprimantes que j’aie connues. La piscine était également vide et fermée pour rénovation. La chambre était correcte, mais elle avait une odeur étrange. Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et était collant au toucher. Il y avait aussi des taches sur les meubles et sur le sol de la salle de bain. J’ai eu du mal à croire qu’il s’agissait d’un établissement Hilton. À mon avis, l’hôtel aurait dû fermer quelques mois pour effectuer les travaux correctement. Il est regrettable de continuer à facturer les clients alors que l’établissement est dans un tel état."
