"I had a 3-month old with a stroller and the property had NO elevator to get from the basement parking to the lobby. Apparently the only elevator was out of order. I had to walk up a driving ramp against the flow of traffic with an infant in a stroller. When I addressed the issue with the front desk they told me it was the City’s responsibly to fix the elevator and there was nothing they could do for me."

"There were naked people in the pool area. One morning my children were swimming and a man placed his hands inside a woman's shorts (we had to leave). Very nasty place-not ok for children. Sofa bed was rusted and dirty sheets were on it. The mattress was hard on the king size bed and everything needs to be upgraded."

"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly, especially a lady named Candice who wears glasses and works the daytime shift. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean, quiet, and comfortable with good soundproofing. The Mexican lady at breakfast service could not speak much English, but she was still very patient, warm, and helpful. I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S., and this hotel really stands out. I am very satisfied with both the service and the overall stay."

"I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here. The staff are very helpful, professional, and friendly. The rooms are spacious, pristine, and comfortable. We loved the pool and also enjoyed the cafe in the lobby. We ordered room service late at night and the food was delivered hot, fresh, and was delicious. This is the place to stay if you are Arlington!"

"Best hotel in my opinion in the Dallas area! Been booking here since 2019. Always clean and helpful staff. No disturbances whatsoever. And as always so unique as well as beautiful rooms and Art! Lastly has the best view of downtown Dallas skyline! 10/10"

"Overall it was great. Some details were not ideal, ie bathroom is not as private and shower set up is not ideal(no towel hooks in bathroom And door placement is awkward. )Vibe and comfort of room is great however. Not sure if it was a typical weekend when we were there, but there were many outside party (not hotel guests) parties so the rooftop lounge was unavailable. Small things like simple room amenities were unavailable (bring your own plates and plastic ware etc, if you have your own snacks). No microwave in room. It was clean and decor is very fun. Room was quiet, from outside noises at least where we were located"
