« Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and staff great! We asked for towels for the 3 of us to shower as there were 2 towels in our room and we were told no extra towels available because people used the pool all day. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and we were told the same thing..no extra towels. Our bathroom door would not latch when shut so it would swing open and we put a towel down to keep it shut. Not a great choice for us. »

« This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front...

« I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....
