Also, we saw multiple roaches in the house. The freezer/refrigerator also did not work. Lost multiple cold grocery items of about 50\. We were able to use it as our home base as we looked at a couple of venues for upcoming events. The neighborhood was quiet and overall had a nice vibe. Easy access to grocery and other shopping.
