Power went out twice. Took a while to check in because of that but we weren’t charged for our doggy because of it. Nice, clean, comfortable with lots of space

This place needs an entire revamping!! Super dirty!! Our room door barely opened because the cheap floor planks were coming up. Curtains haven't been washed in years, toliet paper holder was completely rusty, rugs stained, recliner leather torn. This in not an IHG property...it's more like a roach motel.

I loved the pet-friendly atmosphere and amenities for pets. The hotel was clean and felt safe. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallways and near the workout room.

We arrived after a long drive and there were no carts available and because we’re pulling a motorcycle trailer we had to park in the back but their back door and side doors were out of order. The front desk person told us to park in the fire lane…2 fire code violations. On top of that our room key cards literally take 5-10 minutes to work even after reprogramming them. Plus the TV wasn’t setup and we had to do it ourselves because the maintenance man wouldn’t be back until the following morning. To make matters worse the night staff completely blew it all off. Buyer beware

Very odd layout for the room-lot's of space, and no chair or couch. Refridgerator was pretty noisy. The "kitchen" didn't even have 2 of each utensil. Almost all hotels in this price range provide a free breakfast. Instead, they had a room with lots of stuff for sale. Coffee was free, but there was no milk or cream. We couldn't wait to get out of there. The room didn't smell great. I would never book at this chain again.

The room was nice but there were roaches everywhere. We were sitting at the table eating and the roaches came out almost immediately. My husband talked to the front desk and they said oh we know. No offer to move or refund. He talked to the manager in the morning and she said she didn’t know about it so maybe it will get better.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife commented that she's never felt more welcomed at a property and she was greeted, by name, and made to feel a truly welcomed guest at every interaction. Her selected room was not available when she checked in, but the staff bent over backwards to make everything right for her and it's that attitude that makes all the difference. She told me to make sure she stays there anytime we're back in the area.

Property was clean and well lit. Check in was easy then to our room for a very nice surprise. Room was very nicely cleaned, smelled good and amenities in room were outstanding. Full kitchen and very spacious bathroom was a bonus. Slept well and friendly staff on way out.

1-had to change room/toilet and phone was working 2-next room: A-absolutely NO usb ports in the room B- no coffee pot/1 bag of coffee/just a few Sugars C- asked front desk if there was an ice machine-was told freezer in the room had sn ice machine. True it did but tray was not there so had to wait on ice. Finally heard the ice drop in the middle of the night D- Hair dryer did not work No breakfast ? Price was reasonable but accommodations could have been better Staff was great Parking was great Shower had great pressure

It was OUTSTANDING! This was the best stay I've had in several months. The check-in process was flawless, and quick. The front desk staff was friendly and amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

My room had roaches so I requested a different room. The place is old and worn down, towels were stained. Musty smell. The next day i woke up with an itch in my throat. Ive been sick eversince (its been 4 months and 5 different doctors visits). Im usually not picky in my hotel stays but this was the worst. Oh and they dont give breakfast since they have a kitchenette in the room
