Villa Hope is the holiday villa out of the ordinary. Located in the quiet and exclusive area of Pla del Mar in Moraira, Costa Blanca. It is a 5 minute walk to town and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
This state-of-the-art villa has several terraces, all with stunning views of the sea and the Calpe cliff. An 11 meter long infinity pool and a large submerged sofa part. Outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with fridge, you will also find. In this classy and fantastic house it is easy to enjoy the good of life.

7 room villa 350 m2 on 2 levels is distributed on two separate apartments with a common staircase.
Entrance plan - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, laundry room, kitchen and living room 70 m2.

The house is located in the Pla del Mar area. Villa Hope is 600 m from the city and 900 m from the beach.
Plot 1'050 m2 (walled), Mediterranean garden, infinity pool 4 x 11 m. Outdoor shower, terraces, sun deck, outdoor kitchen with electric grill and fridge. Garden furniture and deck chairs.
Change of linen every week. Maid service every week. Restaurant 300m, Shop / supermarket 500 m, sandy beach 900 m. Golf course 5 km.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, Safari Animal Park and Aqualandia Water Park are just 30 to 40 minutes drive from Moraira.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Hope. It was a whole family holiday and the villa was perfect for this. There was lots of room in the villa, with plenty of seating etc, and the outside area was perfect with lots of sun beds and seating for the whole party. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The sea view was also amazing! The villa is a short walk to the beach and the town with lots of gorgeous shops and bars/restaurants. We were a party of 12 and managed to get dinner reservations easily. There is a small supermarket a 5min walk away, but we hired a car which was useful to visit the larger supermarkets (10min drive away) when stocking up on water etc. Thank you Pia and Rosa for an amazing holiday, we will definitely be back!

Excellent Villa

We had an excellent time at Villa Hope, the photos don’t do this place justice, it’s beautiful with stunning views over Moraira and the sea. The property is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the area itself is quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay in a beautiful property

Our week at Villa hope was absolutely beautiful. The villa is even more impressive in person than on the photos. We were two families with 2 children each, plus our parents. The youngest child was 7 years and the oldest 10. The villa was really perfect for this age group. The villa has a lot of steps around it, so it would be quite hard work with toddlers. The view from the outside area, overlooking the sea, is absolutely stunning. It really made every meal time unforgettable. There was plenty of sunbeds around the pool, plus the outdoor sunken seating was a real highlight. The villa is very spacious, so even with 10 people we had plenty of space. It is also nice that each room has an ensuite. The villa is very well equipped with everything that you would need for eating/cooking. It would have been nice to have some plastic glasses for round the pool area, but we managed to buy these at a local shop for very little. The town of Moraira is very close, just a 10 minute walk the town is really lovely with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was incredibly busy so we chose to only go once. We used the outdoor dining and cooking area a lot. It seemed that there were lights in the roof above the outdoor kitchen, however we didnt find any switch, so it was quite dark to cook at night. This wasn't a big problem though. Handover for the villa was really easy. I couldnt recommend this property more, it was really fantastic is every way.

A fabulous villa!

A beautiful villa which had the wow factor, infact the pictures online do not do it justice. It is modern and clean with high quality fittings/ furniture and plenty of utensils, crockery etc. The view is spectacular and the outside area is fantastic with the infinity pool, outdoor bbq and showers. The outdoor seating area is lovely and there are smaller terraces/balconies if people want some space. The villa is well situated for walking to many restaurants , bars and the beach.However we visited in early August when it was over 30•C at night. So the walk back to the villa was hard as it is at the top of a steep hill. In cooler temperatures this probably isn't a problem but it proved arduous and there aren't many taxis available. We were a party of 10 and used all of the bedrooms. 3 of the lovely ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor. To access the stairs to the upper floor, 2 of the rooms have to walk through the 3rd bedroom. If you are close family this probably isn't a problem. Alternative access can be gained by using bedroom patio doors and walking outside to the upper floor, so not disturbing people in the 3rd bedroom. Only Positives at Villa Hope

Fantastic Villa with amazing views just 10 minutes from the beach and centre. The villa has a lovely modern Scandinavian design and internal furnishings with an amazing infinity pool that looks over on to the beach/sea in the distance. We had a great stay (6 adults, 3 kids and a toddler). We had to put up some homemade safety barriers for our toddler but that’s no fault of the villa. It’s been designed in a beautiful way but with some steep internal stairs with glass balustrade we used a lounger to block it off for our little one. So if you are going with toddlers and kids I wouldn’t let that put you off, just be aware. 5 star rating from us and the only update needed on the listing is the hot tub. I didn’t see one but it wasn’t needed anyway as it was 27°c most days! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful villa

Our check in was really easy, Pia and Rasa were very helpful. The villa is spacious and equipped well and there was plenty of space for us to spread out as a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The pool was the highlight of our stay - great fun for everyone. The reason for 4 stars is down to there not being shutters, particularly on the bedrooms as despite black out blinds, the rooms were light very early in the morning - too early! However we have no hesitation in recommending the villa as a great place for a multi generational family holiday.

Perfect family holiday

We have just returned from a family ( 8 adults, 2 babies) holiday at Villa Hope. Wow!!! This villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved everything about it. Great location, everything is in walking distance. The villa has everything you could possibly want & the views are amazing. Pia & Rasa were excellent with all communication. We will be back.

Villa Hope + Moraira = Home Run

We researched towns to make our home away from home for 3-weeks and after selecting Moraira, we searched for the perfect villa. We hit a home run with both... Villa Hope & Moraira. WOW was the first word out our guests as they arrived. The perfect property with a million dollar view. What was more spectacular was that it was only a 10 minute walk to the old town and not much further to the two beaches. Working with Pia for the booking was great. She quickly answered all our questions. Rasa the property manager was helpful and responded to the minimal inquiries we had quickly. We highly recommend staying at Villa Hope. Perfect location, stunning property and you won't find another town like Moraira anywhere.

Perfect holiday

Lovely villa within a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Moraira, where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. A fantastic family villa

We stayed in this villa for a week and it was perfect. An amazing space for all the family. The pool was incredible and we could not fault it. The Villa was modern and provided all the mod-cons you could think of. It was extremely hot whilst we were there, but the air conditioning was fantastic. The view from the villa was stunning and I would not hesitate to rebook the villa again.

Amazing property with outstanding views

This was a state of the art modern villa that was great for a big family holiday. The views internally and externally were amazing. Really cool infinity pool, bbq and outside relaxation area. Multiple sun lounge areas around the property that allow big family gatherings or some quiet areas for reading/relaxing. Really close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back to this fantastic villa. The owners and staff on entry and exit were so friendly and went out their way to help us have a great holiday.

Ett hus utöver det vanliga, både inomhus och utemiljö med flera bra sittplatser. En härlig pool med en utsikt att bara njuta av. Att huset låg lite högt gör att man får en härlig utsikt och bra vardagsmotion. Att kommunikationen med ägaren fungerade så bra är ett extra plus. Skulle gärna återvända hit. Samtliga i familjen är supernöjda. Mormor, morfar med 2 döttrar med partner och 4 barnbarn 8 till 18 år.
