El Portet: Brisas del Mar is a very beautiful, renovated villa located in the district of El Portet, just 1.5 km from the center of Moraira, Teulada, Spain. This peaceful vacation rental boasts a private property spanning 660 m2, complete with a fenced yard, an angular swimming pool (4 x 7 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st) featuring an internal staircase, and a pool area with a shower/WC, pool house with shower and WC, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue facilities. The villa also offers parking for 2 cars, a single garage, and Internet WiFi access.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's outdoor spaces are truly exceptional, with a fenced yard spanning 660 m2, an angular swimming pool (4 x 7 m, depth 120 - 190 cm) available year-round, and a pool area complete with a shower/WC, pool house with shower and WC, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue facilities, including a dedicated barbecue house.

You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 150 square meters. The villa has a very beautiful and cozy furnishing. The living/dining room features a sliding door, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living area provides access to the garden and the terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another bedroom has a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a washing machine, safe, iron, and hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Additionally, there is reserved parking available for 2 cars. The villa has a partly roofed terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa.
