It also has two designated parking spaces. Pets are allowed. Cost: €55. Highlights: \- careful decoration project both in furniture and in multiple decoration details. \- beautiful sea views from the terrace of the master bedroom. \- beautiful exterior structure that combines the modern style with the mediterranean lifestyle. \- new villa in perfect state of maintenance. \- quiet area of high standing villas Location: \- less than 400 metres away: \- sandy beach called les platgetes \- several charming restaurants \- services such as pharmacy, bakery and take-away food shops. At about 900 metres you will find: \- large beach of moraira, l\`ampolla. \- moraira, charming village with all its services. Distribution: Mareta has 2 floors communicated internally. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The living room has a large open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes that share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area. On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room, beautiful sea views and a terrace. The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing area as well as a garden area with olive and cypress trees.
