Your pet is welcome at this villa (€55 fee). There are two designated parking spaces outside the property. At about 900 metres you will find: \- large beach of moraira, l\`ampolla. \- moraira, charming village with all its services. Distribution: La Calma has 2 floors communicated internally. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The living room has a large open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes that share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor is the laundry room and ironing area. On the upper floor we find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room, beautiful sea views and a terrace. The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing area as well as a garden area with olive and cypress trees.
