Elle est très bien située : vue magnifique, proche de la jolie plage de El portet, pret de Moraira où il y a tous les commerces. Maison bien équipée pour 11 : 2 frigos (1 en haut et 1 en bas) + 4 salles de bain, parfait quand on est nombreux ! pas d'escalier intérieur, mais il fait tellement chaud et beau que ce n'est pas un problème ! la piscine est de bonne taille ; grande terrasse pour manger dehors. ##### sophie C. Wir kamen am ersten Urlaubstag an und konnten die Villa nicht beziehen. Die Vermieter waren leider telefonisch für uns nicht mehr erreichbar. Wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt natürlich die volle Miete überwiesen.Der Zustand des Objektes war miserabel. Der Pool wies viele fehlende Fliesen auf, die AußenMöbel waren völlig verdreckt, es lag total viel kaputtes Spielzeug rum und auch der Stoff des Pavillons war total zerrissen. In der Außen Küche stand noch viel Putzzeug rum wann auch immer sie das genutzt haben und im Kühlschrank verschimmelt. Die Lebensmittel. Hier war schon länger niemand mehr. Der Blick ins Haus durch die Fenster verriet den Rest. Ich kann niemanden empfehlen, dieses Haus zu mieten, denn sonst steht man, wie wir vor einer Nacht im Auto. El Portet bay and Moraira retains its' charm and prettier than we remember with lots of new restaurants. The Manet hotel and restaurant is a great additional to El Portet with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the beach. Gordijnen vielen van de rails, deuren klemden, huishoudelijke apparaten verkalkt. Buitenkeuken vies en verwaarloosd. Ook het serviesgoed stond vies in de keukenkastjes. Harde oude handdoeken. Jacuzzi stond niet aan bij aankomst, opwarmen duurde lang. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep via e-mail en was prettig. Haar dochter, een aardige vrouw, kwam langs om een apparaat te vervangen en de ligstoelen schoon te maken. Heel jammer dat de faciliteiten in het huis tegenvielen, het had perfect kunnen zijn. ##### Gerda J. The villa is split across two levels which makes it ideal for two families and the views are amazing. El Portet and it’s beach are lovely. Chris was very helpful leading up to the stay, particularly around the complications/concerns that Covid brought to our group. Four children aged 10-15 and four young parents in their 40s. Walk down to the beach and back up was absolutely no problem. No need to reverse into the drive - can just leave cars on road at top of villa as no other traffic. Such beautiful sunsets much enjoyed over a glass of vino. However, Chris was superb. Out came her little address book and in came a queue of efficient trades to sort all problems. We would definitely return. The views are amazing, beds as comfy as promised, the kitchen contains useful (not holiday) utensils, kids report wifi fast & Sky good and sundown in the hot tub will not be forgotten. Well equipped when the weather is not perfect. You definitely need heating in Spain in winter when the sun goes down. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
