It is in one of the best areas of Moraira just 5 min. walking from the sandy beach, the port and all the services that Moraira offers, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. The villa is distributed in 3 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The upper part consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a solarium and the semi-basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, built-in barbecue, large private pool and parking. With air conditioning hot / cold and wifi. Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase. Walking the streets of the urban area of ​​Moraira is another of the great attractions for the visitor. Its cobbled streets and the facades of its typical houses on the Costa Blanca give this town a special charm. Sitting down to have a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops that run through its urban area will provide you with another vision of this coastal town. A must-see are also the almost 8 kilometers of coastline that the town of Moraira has, made up of seven unspoilt beaches and coves that offer the best version of the Mediterranean Sea. Communication with BTB Alquileres was quite poor with only one notice at the property. Would recommend anyone thinking of booking the property to make sure they book with Villa Plus, the other company managing the property. We didn’t get the key code until almost 4pm on our check in day and had to ask for it then, even though we had asked for an earlier check in. On arrival we could only find 5 of the 7 bedrooms and, after communicating with BTB, it turned out that they were locked and the cleaner had to come and unlock for us. Not a very good start but once sorted we all had a great time. The managers BTB where fantastic the few issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location was good and Moraira is a great little town. However, the Villa is old and very worn and in desparate need of a refubishment, this is not apparent from the particulars. The pool is great. The little things - checkin you have to drive 15km north yet it’s just a key box entry, there was literally nothing basic supplied salt, pepper, olive oil, wash up liquid, soap. Almost no pans for the oven. No oven gloves. Really cheap crockery. Dishwasher needed a good cleaning as it wasn’t cleaning the dishes. It could be amazing with some attention to details and far fewer “preaching” signs, like on/off written on the light fittings. Probably because it’s designed for large groups. All that aside it’s a fab location, short walk to town it was overall very good. ##### John C.
