Located just moments away from your retreat, Sundance features two outdoor hot tubs, a heated pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, as well as changing rooms and an outdoor grill. The sink or septic system started giving an unpleasant odor about midway through our stay and seemed to be coming from the sink. It is a bit small and cozy but we made due with 3 people. Any more than 3 would probably feel a bit cramped. Appliances were older but super clean and worked great. My only complaint is that the property owner would not refund 1 day when I asked a couple of weeks before we showed up. I made a mistake on my days and booked for one extra so we ended up eating the cost and checking out a day early....i understand the policy but I would have made an exception for my guests. It ended up far exceeding our expectations! For our group of 4, the place was the perfect size, very homey, and only a 5 minute walk from the resort! This place was a great find and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Got an incredible deal in December and couldn't say no. Wonderful location. Only downside - beds (mainly mattresses) are super uncomfortable.
