The location was great (15 minutes from Jackson with easy access to the national parks). Although the condo was smaller than anticipated, it easily accommodated our family of 3\. The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Access to the tennis club was great appreciated and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Communication was great - directions were clear and anticipated any questions/needs we might have had. Check-in/Check-out couldn't have been easier. You can take the free shuttle to the mountain village/lifts or walk right up to Moose lift and ski/board down. Was perfect for the 3 of us. The guest bathroom is way nicer than the master, but not a huge deal if you are there to ski and enjoy the mountain. the condo is cute- nothing fancy. Some upgrades are needed, but again- nothing major and the place is exactly what we were looking for: a cozy place to spend xmas and near skiing, dog sledding, and easy access to both the village and the city. Service was great! We had an issue with the heat and it was resolved immediately. Having a rental car was also a plus.. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle.
