Completely private and fully equipped with everything needed for a break away from the hustle and bustle. Embracing the "retro'" theme, escape back in time when furniture was well made, hardy and artistic, colours were bold and playful and everything in your home was a statement. The Space: The RETRO RETREAT is a large, private, stand alone self contained dwelling located on the bottom level of an undulating block which also has another holiday home above and behind. Enjoy peace and privacy as well as its own courtyard garden with outdoor setting. Enjoy the full kitchen with all of the modern amenities, glamorous bathroom, private balcony and outdoor garden space. EV charging facilities available on request. Guest Access: Individual and unique Digital Lock codes allocated to every visit. The Neighborhood: Terrigal Beach is one of the best known beaches on the Central Coast and is located 800m or a 7 minute walk from The Retro Retreat. The cosmopolitan town center is home to fabulous restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, shops and a mini supermarket. The patrolled beach offers safe swimming all year round and has a small ocean rock pool tucked into the cliff at the southern end. Also at the southern end of Terrigal Beach is Terrigal Haven, a protected boat harbour with boat ramp, fishing charters, scuba diving and snorkelling, picnic and barbecue facilities. Getting Around: Take a stroll to the beach in 10 minutes or a more energetic walk up and over the hill into main street Terrigal in 5minutes Other Things to Note: Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely. We also require a refundable security bond of $200, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues. You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway. We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your details will not be shared or retained. I eventually got hold of Lane who assured me she would refund the cleaning fee and to go and have a drink 'on her' while the cleaners came and fixed it up. I still wasn't happy with the cleanliness after the cleaners came. After checking out, Lane ghosted me when I asked about the refund. I've tried to contact her multiple times to no avail. What a headache.
