The Villa is perfect for 5 Guests, with extra room on the fold out couch if need be.  
  
  
Other things to note:  
  
\- Private entrance leads down the side of the main house.  
\- Note that there are quite a few steps and stairs so please make sure you are comfortable with these.  
\- We love our neighbours and hence no parties/no loud music allowed.  
\- No smoking inside or outside the house.  
\- Free off-street parking available.  
  
And the Villa is only a 5 minute walk to Terrigal beach. It's mostly a flat walk but it has a little hill on the corner of our street.  
  
Two blocks away to the restaurants, cafes and shops.  
  
Feel the sand on your feet after a short stroll, or jump in the car to neighbouring beaches such as Avoca, or a 6 minute drive away to Erina Fair.  
  
Erina has a shopping centre with Cinema's, Ice Rink and plenty of the big stores.
