Pool down (main reason for booking and travelling this far from our event). Fridge has sticky gunk under it. There’s no remote in the room for either TV. Pillows are small. Drapery pole to kids room held together with electrical tape. Not a great exp. Wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel.

Non stop running and jumping in the room above us till 11 pm then started up again at 6 am.The shower head exploded and hit me in the face spraying water all over the bathroom completely drenching the ceiling and walls while i was taking a shower there was no maintenance people on site to change it so we had to use the shower in another room because they didnt have any other suites that could accomadate us.The website states a arcade room so my kids were extremely disapointed when the staff told them there wasnt one at this location and the kiddy pool sprinklers are no longer functional.There was no apology for the incovenience of the shower so needless to say we will never visit this establishment again.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was clean. Beds were confortable. My son loved the pool and my spouse like to run in the gym.

Great hotel that could use more food joints nearby
Check in staff was great (spoke English very well and super pleasant, very nice place just not much around it in a walkable area for shopping or food.

The place was good and safe to live. They had a swimming pool but it was small and adults could not swim in it easily. The room was good and clean but the lobby was stinky. Apart from that, we had a good experience and breakfast was good. I would recommend serving fresh fruits instead of canned.

The receptionist at check-in was super unfriendly, at least the person should know how to greet and assist unilingual guests. However, at checkout, she was amazing. The hotel should focus on cleanliness- the washer was nice but the bed and pillows were not comfy and clean. The hotel management could do much better than what they are offering at this price.
