The check in and check out were very smooth and info was provided very timely. Also, it's very close to subway and can connect with every part of the city very easily. "Place was in pretty good shape. Close to amenities. Parking was a little difficult, but worked out with some patience. There are a couple of small issues with the place, but they were dealt with promptly. Would rent again."

"Sandra is one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. The room is spacious, super clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and stocked with pretty much anything a guest may need. Sandra is great with communication and gave us lots of helpful tips about visiting Montreal. I highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling to the Montreal area!"

"The property was exactly what we needed. Clean functional and reasonably well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in Montreal for the weekend. Will likely look to book again next year. "

"We were pleased with how clean the apartment, the convenient location, free parking and we were impressed with how timely and helpful the owner is. The only drawback was being in a basement meant that we could hear the guests above us. I recommend this home owner, as a very easy person to communicate with! I would just advice asking if there will be people staying above and if those people can agree to honoring the quite hours "
