« We all felt the host supplied extra items that would not necessarily been found in most places. For example:feminine products and coffee pods are not normally found in these types of rental units. « The K- cup coffee machine did not work. The condo smelled like urine. The couch was the source of the smell. We had trouble getting TV to work. The condo could have been cleaner but I think the smell was the worse. We got reported for noise and the person also called police. We found out it was the tenant under us that had also reported other renters. I have stayed at Maravilla but not gone through stay porter (Vurbo) . I will make sure I don’t use this property management again. »
