Nous avons séjourné une nuit à Podere Sette Piaggie. Avons fait la visite du village Orvieto, beau village médiéval. Le site de la villa est dans la nature au pied du village. Terrain très bien entretenu, piscine, arbres fruitiers, bel environnement, reposant. La maison à une ambiance chaleureuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, les confitures maison, céréales et autres. Nous recommandons fortement ce site.

Super sweet Italian family with a warm welcome. Very clean room. Great spread for breakfast included with an amazing Cappuccino served. About a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot for old town Orvieto. We had a great stay!

It is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Francesca, her father and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. Easy to park if you have a car. It is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to Orvieto center- and I personally didn’t mind but you can take a taxi if too much. We went to the restaurant across the street one night which was very good, as an option close by. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy having a nice outdoor space.

A terrific family run hotel, right under the historic town of Orvieto. The property has an extensive farm, and the owner took us for a tour complete with samples of blackberries and cherries. One of the originals roads that lead to the city runs right in back of the property that with a 20-minute vigorous leads you right to the Fortezza Albornoz.

Quiet and so beautiful!
It was amazing! One of my favorite places we stayed in our week long trip. Comfy beds, kind owners, delicious breakfast, cute dogs, and all on a gorgeous property with gardens everywhere. Will stay here again!

While this property is not in the walled part of Orvieto, there is a path up the hill to the city gates. Wonderful way to start and end our day of sightseeing! The staff was so welcoming, from breakfast time to arranging our winery tour. The farm grounds and pool area were just gorgeous.

Francesca und ihr Vater waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten das Glück ein separates Appartement hinten im Garten zu bewohnen, wo wir von der vorderen Straße und den Zügen nichts gehört haben.

A 2 minuti di auto da Orvieto in una zona panoramica e tranquilla. Stanze semplici ma molto piacevoli e pulite. Colazione non da oscar ma cmq nella media... la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa.

걸어서 절대 못 갈 위치입니다. 위험한 차도를 통해서만 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 시설도 완전 구식이고 처음 도착했는데 문이 잠겨있어서 당황했습니다. 주인한테 전화해서 열었습니다. 어메니티 전혀 없고요. 시내나 역으로 이동할 때 10유로 택시지 내고 이돌하거나 주인이 운영하는 셔틀 타야합니다. 호텔에서 역으로 나갈 때 도저히 택시가 안 잡혔는데요 줌마가 장보러 나가는 김에 태워 준다고 들었는데 알고보니 한 번 셔틀 비용으로 나중에 15.4유로 받았습니다. (도시비 받으면서 셔틀 포함 총 20유로 달라고함)

Loved the room and private bath. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing under the grapevines. It seemed to be a small window of time though which wasn’t clear. Beautiful property and convenient to walking up to Orvieto. We would stay again for sure.

Lovely old house and gardens set in a quiet location. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Easy walking distance to old town (up a steep hill) and also to new town and funicular. Hosts provide a shuttle service from/to railway station. Thank you for your hospitality! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Very nice!
Beautiful place with a nice pool and the family is so friendly. Its possible to arrange transfer from/to the train station. The old town of Orvietro is a nice but very steep walk and took us about 20 min. A lovely town and We recomend to try the underground your. We loved Podere Sette Piagge and highly recomend this plage.
