No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned.
