The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and they’ll show you everything you need to know when you check in. The place is clean and has good WiFi. The hot tub is exactly what you need after a long day hiking at Big Bend and the stars at night are beautiful. If you’re looking for a place to stay whilst going to Big Bend, this is the place for you."

"This property is an Oasis in the desert and against Big Bend National Park. The staff are amazing in every way possible, going out of their way with a smile on there face. "For summer travel, many of restaurants close for the summer or have limited hours, so plan ahead. The road to the property at Ten Bits Ranch is best suited to high clearance vehicles. It is drivable in a sedan, but very slowly."

"Ten Bits Ranch is a fantastic place to relax and unwind for a few days. The cabin is outfitted well; comfortable bed, clean shower, plenty of hot water, and a great air conditioner. A common kitchen is provided for guests and is more than I expected...well stocked and outfitted. The scenery in this area is amazing. I don't know what the puma population is, but I was fortunate enough to see one about 40 miles south of the ranch. The ranch is a good location if you want to visit Marfa, Alpine Fort Davis and the Big Bend National Park. The food in the Terlingua/Study Butte eateries is great, and the restaurants are staffed with friendly people providing fast service. I had a cell phone camera but will be bringing a SLR or two when I visit again in late fall or winter. I highly recommend visiting Ten Bits Ranch if you are planning a trip to this area. "
