Great hotel ,in good location .
The hotel is a brilliant hotel ,good rooms ,food ,location .Everything purchased at the hotel is paid using your room key ,paid in full at the end of your stay. ( be aware drink prices are pretty expensive ,and you can easily run up a big final bill.)

Lovely but could do with more staff and some extra
Lovely - UP. A bit over rated and cocktails were awful . Not waiter service and short staffed Could really make it a special occassion Confusing when you book direct and on hotel. Com as different price ranges don’t reflect that they are all standard rooms Not sure why we paid more for. 3 bed when it’s the same size 10am too late for towels and UP to open too ! Cleaners every morning waking us up !

The music room was not well appointed due to the pillars. ( I know they are essential) The entertainment was excellent, the majority of staff were excellent just one or two on reception lowered my general view.

Bring your tissues sanitary and hygiene.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel itself in great condition and very comfortable and well cleaned room. However, some amenities were missing that are included in a 3 star. No tissues in room, no shower cap and oddly no holder for the soap meaning it messes up the area around the sink. Also the safe charge seemed a bit low cost airline charging extra for something a high cost full arrive hotel could easily provide.

Very disappointed this visit, as we have stayed here before. Entertainment very amateurish, food standards are lower, extra charges for safe etc over the top. used to be two warm water pools, now only one plus a small spa pool. We think it is now a three star when it was a four star. No excuses regarding covid as prices do not reflect lower standard. Staff excellent as always but do seem more pressured especially in the catering area.

We know that our guests have different tastes and we always try to cater for everyone. Our buffet restaurant has a wide choice of meals and every night we offer entertainment in our bar. The safe hire always was 3 euros per day and we offer a brand new heated jacuzzi at our pool area, together with 2 big pools (one heated, one not) where our guests can spend their day. This is fare away from beeing a 3 star hotel, but as already mentioned below, tastes are different and we are sorry that we could not reach your expectations. Nevertheless we thank you for having taken the time to write down your impressions and we send you our best wishes from Tenerife!

Great
Beautiful hotel, rooms are a bit tired but the rest of it makes up for it. Food is great - expensive if not all inclusive But perfect location and comfortable Not sure why they turned the temp down of the pools as we had a few cloudy days at the end.

Excellent location and swimming and spa pools. Annoying and petty was to be charged 3 Euros a night for the very small room safe. In over 30 years of business and holiday travel worldwide in all categories of hotels I have never been charged any fee let alone and such an exorbitant of 21 Euros a week.

Absolutely first class from start to finish! Spotlessly clean, beautiful hotel. Two lovely pools outside with lots of sun beds and the biggest hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Very highly recommended.

A few days
The spa facilities for me were wonderful. I had the whole place to myself €12 for two hours of pure pleasure. The outdoor swimming pools were well used and the sun loungers comfortable. I was on full board for my few days. There was plenty of variety catering to all nationalities. I was disappointed with my bed. It was very ordinary along with the bed linens. No duvet but some old blankets. Also the pillows did not have protectors. My room was clean but noisy especially on a Saturday night with music blaring into the wee hours. This was the most expensive property I stayed at and I felt it underwhelming compared to others on this solo trip.

The hotel is nicely laid out with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby and the local market on the doorstep. Unfortunately our room overlooked the road where deliveries were made to the hotel and was therefore noisy at times. Although a la carte was available we used the buffet restaurant and this proved to be the best we have ever eaten at. The range of food was excellent and could not be bettered. There were always seats available whenever we decided to dine. The sunlounging area round the pool was rather confined necessitating the loungers to be close together so we used our balcony instead. Our en suite bathroom was a bit small and only one person could be in there at a time. The room did have an excellent amount of storage space for our bits and pieces and clothing.

Sooo so many delicious options to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Really enjoyed exploring the fruits, veggies, fish, cheeses and specialities. There really is something for everyone. Nice room and mattress was in perfect condition. Not too hard, not too soft. So much green around the hotel, loved it.

Tout était parfait. Super service. Restauration excellente. Chambre grande. Les seuls points que je n'ai pas apprécié : faire payer le coffre fort dans la chambre. Pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre. Faire payer excessivement cher l'accès au toit terrasse avec petits piscines et très belle vue : 74€/jour et par personne avec 2 jours obligatoires.

Excellent sejour dans ce bel hotel.
Très agréable séjour dans une zone où il y a certains hôtels un peu défraîchi ou bruyant. Très belle vue des balcons très bonne insonorisation bonne qualité de couchage. Le petit-déjeuner ou le dîner reste copieux avec des plats différents. La salle de restaurant est plutôt sympa avec possibilité de voir la mer vers le bout. En plus il y a des activités musicales tous les soirs à partir de 18h avec des spectacles à 21h30. Enfin le principe adults only, et vraiment à plus: calme et pausible!

Nice, but few things we were missing..
Extra clean and friendly hotel. Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of different things. Hotel rooms were quite plain. we bought flowers to make it little more cozy. Also missed better bathroom things. Bathrobes were nice. Pool area very pleasant but towels could be more comfortable. Everything very beige. We did not know that the marvelous UP terrace was not included to our hotel price.

Bäst med hotellet var poolområdet, många solstolar och sol hela dagen. Rummen är okej, vi hade kvällssol på balkongen vilket var väldigt härligt. Sängarna hårda och kuddarna tunna. Genomgående känslan på hotellet var att man satsade mycket men missade målet på grund av bristande fingertoppskänsla. Medelåldern var 70+.

Première des choses très appréciable le calme, le respect des uns et des autres pour la tranquillité de chacun, une diversité de loisirs, un emplacement et un vue de rêve. La petite chose à refaire serait le salon du bas qui est un peu vieillot et glauque. Sinople c’est un très bel établissement.

Grosse Buffets am Morgen und am Abend mit abwechslungsreichem Angebot. Das grosse, schöne Atrium hat den Nachteil, dass es den "Lärm" gut bis in die Zimmer leitet Badezimmer sind etwas eng. Im allgemeinen aber ausreichend für den Aufenthalt Parkplätze ausserhalb des Hotels sind begrenzt. In der Hochsaison ist die eher problematisch, in den Nebensaisons wohl weniger kritisch.
