Just a few minutes walk from Tenby’s’ famous North Beach, this property has its own dedicated parking space within the North Beach car park and super-fast broadband. As you enter the property through the front door, you are met with a beautiful staircase leading up to the first floor. On your left you will find the cosy yet effortlessly stylish family lounge. There is a smart TV with a Manhattan box so that you can catch up on all your favourite shows while enjoying your home away from home. The fireplace also houses a log burner, so why not take advantage of those cold winter nights and warm up in style and comfort. To the right of the front entrance, you will walk through the hall to the light and airy kitchen complete with a long farmhouse table to congregate with your family to share a meal or drinks together. Just off the kitchen you will find the boot room and utility room, conveniently located next to the side entrance, ensuring that sandy boots and muddy clothing can be kept out of the main part of the house or put straight into the wash. The first floor comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On your right at the top of the stairs you will find a simple yet elegant Super King sized bedroom with attention to the smallest detail shown to the design and soft furnishings. Directly opposite the top of the stairs is a King bedroom with attached shower room. A large Velux window allows light to be cast into this bedroom adding to the feeling of space within this cosy cottage. The third bedroom is a well-presented twin room containing two generous single beds and a full sized cot to cater to the needs of families with young children. The first floor also houses two bathrooms, the spacious main bathroom consists of both a bath and separate shower so that you can soak your troubles away in comfort. There is also a convenient single loo and wash basin located just next door to the main bathroom so your bath time can go undisturbed. The cottage could have been a little cleaner in places but the bedding was beautifully clean.
