This cosy bolt hole is also in a perfect location for the local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a choice of several excellent, safe beaches within easy walking distance and as you won't need a car there are also easily accessible, reasonably priced car parks nearby (e.g. £20/week). The railway station is also only about 10 minutes walk. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway leading to a living area - lounge and kitchen/diner. Off the hallway are the two bedrooms and modern bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom a 4' bed suitable for two children or an adult and child. The bathroom has a bath/shower, w/c and hand basin. Other amenities include high speed broadband, a flat screen TV with free view and a DVD player. It's right by the harbour too so only a short walk down for lovely views. The property itself was easy to access with very clear instructions. It was the perfect location! It's on a nice quiet street one block from the main downtown shopping areas and a quick walk to the beach. The decor is modern and tasteful, but still very cozy. My daughter said she never wanted to leave! The only thing I wish I had known was that the windows face the street instead of the harbour. Check in straightforward with a key box code received via email 3 days prior to arrival. Spacious, two bedroomed apartment situated on the first floor of a Victorian building in a cobbled street in the centre of town. Comfortable, good sized lounge and a fully fitted kitchen providing everything required for a self catering stay. Good wi-fi signal. The central location is perfect, a stone's throw away from the harbour, High Street and the numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. We found on-street parking 3 minutes walk away, however there are also very cheap car parks within a 5 minute walk. Great value for money overall.
