Its convenient location just outside the town centre allows guests to have the best of both worlds during their stay in this perfectly presented family home. Canol Y Bryn is located a short two minute walk from Tenby's award winning beaches and a minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. This two story, three bedroom property has been finished to a high standard while still retaining all of its amazing character. Having three bedrooms, two bathroom and a large lounge it is a very comfortable holiday home perfect for the family holiday. Tenby is a very pretty historic town with a picturesque harbour, award winning beaches and many restaurants, cafes and shops which will all be right on your doorstep. You enter Canol Y Bryn into the beautifully decorated hallway with the living area on your right offering ample comfy seating to kick back and relax in front of the large flat screen smart TV. The fully fitted kitchen sits next to the living room with everything needed to cook for you and your guests and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen opens out onto a lovely patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to make the most of on those lovely summer evenings. At the rear of Canol Y Bryn you will find a utility room hosting a washing machine, dryer and a full size fridge freezer and a downstairs bathroom with a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Heading upstairs you will the three bedrooms all exquisitely decorated. Two of the bedrooms boast double beds and the third is a beautiful twin room. The family bathroom is also located upstairs with a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
