This three-story beauty provides a full bathroom on each level of the home, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The third floor offers one bedroom with two twin beds and a large queen suite with two queen beds and a large sitting area with a game or work table. For an extra bonus, enjoy the comfortable bed on the fully screened porch! Evening fun is found around the outdoor fire pit with lots of guest seating provided. After your day spent discovering wineries nearby and venturing out for boutiques and restaurants in both Templeton and Paso Robles, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up in front of two wood-burning stoves in the home. Comfort and quality are keynotes in this spacious vineyard-based home. Enjoy private walks on the tree-lined road through the vineyard and bring your bikes for rural rides. Cozy and Quaint
Tons of space for a large group with multiple beds and seating areas. The views of the sunrise were gorgeous alongside the beautiful property and vineyard view. The coffee and kitchen set up had everything we needed for the weekend getaway. A little off the beaten path but not too far from the areas we wanted to visit. It's a bit older property, the shower heads definitely need to be updated to help with spray, etc. and there aren't screens on the windows so we didn't open them as much as we would have liked but otherwise overall had a great time.

The setting and house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group of 7. It is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay for a long weekend.
