If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please note that the room configuration has been updated: the bunk beds have been moved to Bedroom 4, two queen sleeper sofas are now in Bedroom 7, and a daybed with a trundle has been added to Bedroom 5 alongside the queen bed. \- Pool heat is available from May to October for an additional $300 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your stay. \- Please note that bedroom 7 is open to the living area (no doors) and therefore may not be as private as desired. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. However, the property is showing its age with things falling apart. The description said there would be two queen size sleeper sofas in the 7th "bedroom." On one of the sofas the frame was complete bent and unusable. Also there were little things like knobs falling of of cabinet doors. The property could also use a little clean-up. There were broken screens lying in the utility room. There was a twisted, and unsightly, chain length fence in the front yard along with a large fallen down tree branch. ##### Marlene Z. Room 7 doesnt have doors, just curtains (centrally located gathering space), so that wasn't ideal for a family to sleep, but it worked out. The pool was great, still just right for September swimming and safe with the cover for little ones to stay. The property allowed us to all be together in one space but never feel crowded. It was a labyrinth that just kept going, and the master is big enough to comfortably fit a family of 4+. The location was far enough to be away from town but close enough to get groceries we needed, and the views didnt quit. Thanks for the prompt communication! ##### Megan R. We had a family reunion/birthday gathering for Labor Day weekend with about 15 people. We were celebrating an 80th birthday and 70th birthday. The home was amazing! There were 6 bedrooms and 1 curtained off room with 2 bunk beds that was perfect and so much fun for the 4 kids!! There was so much space in the home and the entertainment room kept the kids and adults busy! The hosts were so thoughtful and put up a birthday sign for us (I had forgotten that I mentioned that) and left us some local delicious goodies. The home was very clean (which I’m particular about), the beds were like sleeping on big clouds (we had such great sleep!!), and even the bath towels were so soft!! The internet was a little slow, but gave more reason to just focus on family time. Would definitely love to rent this home again in the future! Made amazing memories for us!! ##### Jenny H. We would love to return. The weather was hot, so the pool was just perfect for us. The location of the house midway between Paso Robles and Atascadero was very convenient. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Idin K. 31 mai 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Weekend Geyaway We had a large group of 7 families, 26 people total, which was a great fit because this house has 7 bedrooms. It worked out perfectly because all of the bedrooms are rather spacious and able to accommodate pac’n’plays, luggage, etc. The house itself is a little old and rickety in some areas, but they have done a great job of upgrading the appliances, adding new furniture, and including space heaters and plug-in AC units throughout the house for added comfort. The beds/mattresses/bedding were all new and super comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook for our large group and there is an extra freezer and fridge in the garage to store food and drinks that don’t fit in the kitchen. The game room was a big hit, we played pool and foosball, watched the playoffs, and generally hung out a lot in there. We also took full advantage of the sauna and heated pool in the afternoons while the weather was nice and warm. The pool reached a max of 78 degrees, which was ok, but don’t expect a steaming pool for night swims if outside temperatures drop or if it gets windy. The location is also convenient with plenty of grocery stores about 7 minutes away, and tons of wineries within 15-20 minutes. Check in and check out was a breeze and AvantStay was responsive to all of our requests and questions. Overall a wonderful trip and a perfect location to create new memories with our kids and families. ##### Idin K. The game room with the pool table, foosball and games were a hit. Extremely well equipped kitchen. View is unbelievable and peaceful. We were there in early April when the pool was not heated. House has six real bedrooms and a converted living room with four bunk beds. There are probably five full and half bathrooms. House does have two distinct living areas which works well for large groups. Strengths are nearby to wineries and groceries, sprawling house with space, above average kitchen that is very well stocked. Opportunities include listing that says “spa” so I assumed hot tub but it is really a stand-alone sauna, very limited bandwidth (\~7MBS), deferred maintenance, and small outdoor grill. Ultimately I would stay there again. ##### Bill L. The listing is a true depiction of the home, we enjoyed the decor, the size was perfect, and did not have any problems with anything. The property management was more than accommodating throughout the whole process since booking to our post stay visit, they were responsive with texting and answered all questions promptly.
