"When l checked into the room on second floor, there was strong foul odor and bathroom floor had black mildew. The sink in the bathroom had mildew too around the edge. Carpet was filthy. It was then l realized that the a/c was on max in hallways to mask this humidity odor. I complained and about the condition of the room to receptionist and she said she will have maintenance look at it. I spent the night in the room and could not sleep due to smell. Next morning l complained again and they found the odor was from a/c and immediately removed me to the 5th floor, which was better but there was a huge area of condensation marks on ceiling. "

"the room is very clean and cozy. but the water in swimming pool is extremely cold, like 20 degrees please improve the pool system so people can enjoy swimming in room temperature rather than cold water"
