"We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was fantastic, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The pool and outdoor area were wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather. The host was fantastic, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"We stayed at this property for my birthday trip. It was just as described on the website. We had a great time. The house and grounds are beautiful! The bedrooms were adequately furnished withThe necessary immensities. My only suggestion is that they put some things into the house for a beach. There were no beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas or anything like that for visitors to take to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies and staples. if I’m ever staying in the area again, I would definitely come back to this property"

"We spent 6 nights and enjoyed the home and the pool area. My daughter doesn’t live too far away so she came over with my 14 month old grandson to enjoy the pool and the home. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely consider renting this cottage again when we’re down for a visit!"

"I’ve decided to give this rental a nickname, “The Geode”. If you don’t know what a geode is, it’s a volcanic rock with a rough exterior but when you crack it open it’s filled with marvelous, beautiful, multi-colored crystals. From the outside, this “Geode” hardly fits the welcoming feeling you’ll get when you unlock and open the door. Inside there are two large rooms. A living area with a full-size couch, coffee table, and a large-screen TV. The living area also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, an air fryer, and a Keureg. Cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and cutlery. And a small table with stools for sitting. There are a few other cooking items in the cabinets that I didn’t identify other than a two-burner hot plate. A door separates the living area from the equally-large bedroom which has a large dresser, a work desk and chair, the most-comfortable bed ever (in fact I’m waiting for Luc to tell me the brand) , another large flatscreen TV and a large en suite bathroom with an upgraded shower. Water pressure? You might have to duck and we didn’t run out of hot water. So, while you might have to go passed a little rough stuff on the outside of “The Geode”, all of the pretty crystals are on the inside…and that’s what you’re renting isn’t it?As the sign in the bathroom says, “I’d poop here again!”"

"My daughter and I were in town to compete at WEF and this beautiful house nearby suited us very well. I loved the house! The homeowner provided lovely little touches like water bottles in each room, cute little nightlights around the house, beds that were extremely comfortable and a kitchen that smelled nice. Communication with the homeowner, Shintia, was terrific. She addressed any concerns immediately and followed up with us to make sure that all was well. She was a really great host. We had an excellent stay and I hope that we can stay here again. Thank you, Shintia!! "

"We had a great time here during our for a wedding! Check in was super easy. House was super spacious and definitely cleaned/laundered before we checked in. Bedrooms are very spread out, so never ran into issues of being woken up by someone using the bathroom or going to the kitchen at night. Be prepared to figure out which light switches Kitchen is super spacious - loaded with lots of cookware, dinnerware, glasses, mugs, utensils, spices. Wifi was a little spotty - but we had 7 guests, each with 1-3 devices connected. Totally understandable, but something to keep in mind with large groups. "
