I walked outside in the morning to set up breakfast outside for the kids and overheard the owner raising her voice to my husband about ruts in the grass. I understand she was upset, but she could have chosen to be more professional/polite about the situation. She also showed up right at 10am on the day we were leaving. Recommend bringing slippers/ house socks... blue floor turned the bottom of our feet blue/dirty (came right off in shower though). It is connected to their shop, noises from shop were noticeable when they were using equipment. People came and went to the shop, but didn’t feel like a privacy issue or bothered us. This is a beautiful space for a crafting weekend! The owners built it on their own and spared no detail! Everything was beautiful and we loved the extra design touches. They were wonderful to work with and my group crafted all day and all night! A few notes---wifi was fabulous, cell reception wasn't as great inside of the house. However, that's not a complaint--it was actually wonderful to not have service! (Those one Verizon did get reception inside, other just went out on the porch as needed). We made suggestions to the owners that better lighting and extra power strips in the craft area would make it absolutely perfect. We will definitely come back here for our annual crafting weekend!
