Easy walking distance to the old town (only about 5 minutes) with a number of restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. Street parking was easily available. "This hotel is very clean and comfortable and a short distance to the entrance to the Valley of the Temples archaeological park. But what makes this place so special is Ms. Francesca, the hostess and owner of the hotel. She is a true gem and a wonderful person…very kind and accommodating and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She cooks a FABULOUS breakfast for her guests and is just such a kind person. I give her the highest regards because she is just so very friendly and kind. Great place to stay if you’re in Agrigento!"

"Unlike some places we've stayed recently, this hotel not only SAID they had free parking, but they actually DID have free parking. The grounds of this hotel are really beautiful. It’s conveniently located between the hilltop town and the Valley of the Temples. There is a row of several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We visited in November when the hotel had just switched from AC to heat in the entire hotel. Because the weather had become unseasonably warm, our room was quite hot. We were able to open the windows during the day, but at night flies would come in. It would be great if the windows had screens. "
