"Nice Hotel Good Neighborhood"
I needed an inexpensive overnight in Phoenix for a funeral. I found this Wyndham Hotel, and was pleasantly surprised with my member price. They have late-night check-in (midnight), and I was able to call the hotel directly right after booking to make sure the two rooms I booked were next to each other. The staff was extremely pleasant. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, even though our room had a window on the main busy street, and we were right next to the frontage road. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by, and we felt safe when going out late at night. Upon entering the room, we were struck by how clean and pleasant it smelled! We got a king suite, and there is a sofa bed and tv, along with fridge, microwave, and desk, in the living room. The bedroom is separated from the living room area by a decent sized bathroom and sink area, no door. The sleeping area is spacious and comfortable, and the bed was made with soft, comfy linens. All in all, a very nice room. There is a free breakfast with about five tables with chairs near the front desk. They had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereals, pastries, juices, coffee, bananas--lots of food. And it was good and hot. Goes fast tho.
