The house has only recently been completed and therefore meets the latest standards. It has an extraordinary residential floor plan and an even more exceptional pool. This courtyard-style house separates the common areas on one side from the private bedroom areas on the other. The private pool, which is surrounded by the garden in the middle of the house, has the shape of a guitar. This contemporary house with a minimalist vibe in Potrero has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It provides Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all areas. All the bedrooms have glass walls with sliding doors which open onto the beautiful landscaped tropical yard surrounding the gorgeous, guitar swimming pool and an unbelievably elegant surfboard outdoor shower. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen in European style or let yourself be pampered by a chef. The spacious, connected, open-concept living area makes it easy to prepare meals and still be with the rest of your party. The large TV in the sitting area invites you to a relaxing movie night. The sliding doors in the living room lead to the covered terrace with a hanging swing and barbecue. Rinse the sand off the beach in the modern outdoor shower and jump into the beautiful pool for a refreshing swim. The garden is the heart of the property and invites you to relax and linger. The house is only about 500 m walk from the beach. At the entrance to the beach there is a beach club with a pool area. The nearest supermarket (MerKdo) is just around the corner and several restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Love outdoor activities? The Flamingo Marina and Playa Potrero are home to a number of Flaming fishing charters sailing tours. Also, the gorgeous Reserva Conchal golf course is located a 25 minutes\\' drive offering 18 holes on a prestigious course. Have a rental car? Don\\'t miss out on an evening at Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas. Best to start here at sunset with epic ocean views and then enjoy a wonderful dinner with stunning views of the ocean and mountains. One of the world\\'s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and Tamarindo beach is located about 30 mins. These surf towns offer surf breaks for beginner to intermediate. Tamarindo surf is most famous from the famous Endless Summer surf movie and is a popular destination. The bustling surf town of Tamarindo Beach also offers a variety of shopping, surf shops, international restaurants, and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. The concierge was great and communicative. The pool is obviously the highlight, and with smaller kids it was great to have multiple depths that the pool offered! The kitchen space was a great size for having dinners in and being all together. It was also nice to be able to see the older kids in the pool while cooking or doing other things in that room but knowing they were safe without actually having to be outside was awesome! However, the temperature of the home was unbearable. We tried everything and followed the directions closely to not overwork the A/C units but there are just too few in the main spaces to keep it cool. They need to add at least 2 more. We had the maintenance people come out and clean the filters and it helped a little but not enough. We thought the house was awesome and would totally stay again, but not if they don’t add more A/C units. Unfortunately, it’s a total greenhouse effect in there! We had to go swimming just to cool off from being in the house, even in the evenings!! My 2 year old was constantly uncomfortable and I couldn’t make her comfortable. I would not recommend bringing a baby to stay in this house for safety concerns. Lastly, the power went out frequently during the night, and in one of the rooms (the 2 year old’s), when it would come back on, the ceiling light would also turn on! This woke up everyone in the house! Overall, it was a great stay but needs some updates for better comfort. ##### Pat B. It felt like we were in an episode of MTV cribs and staying at a celebrity’s house. It’s so close to the beach and several restaurants and bars.
