Roomy and clean

Posted 18-Jul-2016
The only negative in our one night stay was the complimentary breakfast the next morning-they did not have eggs available and the rest of the breakfast was disappointing in terms of selection

Works for Me

Posted 14-Jul-2016
Convenient location for the tasks I have to complete while in Temecula. Staff has always been delightful, and rooms are nice and kept clean and fresh. Very little road noise. The complimentary breakfast is very good.

Noisy, Smelly.

Posted 4-Jul-2016
Stayed on the 1st floor. We heard every conversation outside, cars driving by, and footsteps above us. The bathroom smelled like mold and the water from the shower leaked to the toilet area. The receptionist was very nice, though.

Old town hotel

Posted 18-Jun-2016
The hotel is not really bad but I think we have bad luck because it was very noisy and the room had a bad odor!

Hotel close to wedding venue

Posted 17-Jun-2016
Pros: Clean
Cons: More healthy choices for breakfast (oatmeal, juice)
Location: Temecula Old Town
It is a clean comfy hotel near the wedding venue, church and shopping mall.

I would not stay at the hotel!

Posted 12-Jun-2016
Pros: This hotel was not worth the money spent on the room.
Cons: Bulldozer.
This hotel was a disappointment when the staff was not willing to do take care of a customer. A huge disappointment and ended driving home that night instead of staying at the hotel. The lady at the window did not want to take care of use and would not be accommodating or in anyway helpfull.

Great Temecula hotel

Posted 8-Jun-2016
Pros: It's location was great. We did not have a car and it was a 30 minute walk to old town. It was very peaceful and we had a great nights sleep.
Location: Old town is nearby with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Stayed one night while visiting friends in Temecula. The staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We did not use the pool but it looked great. The room was very comfortable and recently refurbished.

Nice but noisy!

Posted 19-May-2016
Pros: It was clean and the staff was nice.
Cons: Noise level and room placement.
The staff was nice and helpful, but this hotel sits on a very loud street. You hear loud motorcycles revving their engines at all hours of the night. My husband and I didn't get any sleep! They also put us in a room facing the pool and parking lot. That meant we heard every person that came and went! They would start chatting in the parking lot at 5:30-6am. I would not recommend this hotel if you plan on getting any sleep. Or ask them to put you in a room facing away from the street (although I don't know if they have any).

Not terrible but....

Posted 9-May-2016
Ok if you need to stay over 1 night, not a place to vacation unless you don't plan on any time in the room. Price too high but most likely driven by the demand for the area. Definitely a 2 star as advertised.

Room was clean but lacking in decor and had a significant amount of road noise. Staff was helpful and friendly.
