The room was ok, nothing special.

Posted 13-Oct-2016
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Bedbugs
Location: Wine-testing
The room was fine at first, just a little stuffy. What was very disappointing and scary is that they had bedbugs! We found one just sitting on the sheets in the morning, after we slept with them! Later on, we realized that we had multiple bites all over our bodies. I had about 25 bites. The worst part was a chance that we might bring those bedbugs home. I had to wash everything and get rid off a couple of things . Praying I didn't bring them with me. At least the staff was understanding and reimbursed us, but I will never stay in that hotel again.

Room had everything we needed it was clean comfortable and even though we were by the freeway it was quiet! Perfectly located between the Old Town Temecula shops and dining Pechanga casino and Of course all of the great wineries! Went there for a wedding so we didn't have much time to take in all the sights so we'll have to go back again!

Beware of early check in fees.

Pros: The room was nicer then expected. The hotel is close to the freeway making it easy to come and go.
Cons: The hotel charged us an additional 20 dollars to check in 30 minutes early.

Really Dirty

Posted 3-Oct-2016
We were pretty disappointed in our stay here. It was really dirty... the bathroom had hair in the bathtub and the pool and spa were filled with hair, leaves/dirt, and even a dryer sheet floating in the pool. The hot tub also had an overwhelming scent of Bleach. The beds were also very hard, and the room was cold- like their coffee at the continental breakfast. They also hold a $50 charge on your credit card for incidentals at check in- not a problem, but unexpected. It's in a convenient location, but I would shell out the extra money and stay elsewhere in the future.

Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Great location.

Pros: Great location near to the Old Town.
Location: The Old Town was very interesting. Suggest you see the Museum as soon as you can, it really helped us to appreciate the history of the town.
From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. Very helpful staff if you need suggestions and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great price, great location.

Last minute reservation offered a great experience. Location is just off the freeway and out of the way of Old Town crowd. Clean bed, clean room but forgot that it's an outside door, so little noisy.
