If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- The pool cannot be heated. \- Please note that there is limited cell service in the area due to the remote location of the home. \- Spa jets in the master bathtub have been disabled for health and safety purposes. \- All wood-burning fires are prohibited at the home due to a strict “No Burn” code from Riverside County. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. \- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Doors not secure (mice problem), dead vegetation, filthy lawn furniture, hoses everywhere but dead grass, dirty windows, no headboards on two beds, only one shower with good pressure, couch stained so bad they covered it with blankets, but the kitchen was well stocked to cook. Should have left day one. Not luxury! Good luck finding it in the dark and getting your bags in. Apparently, the owner has not seen this home in quite sometime. ##### Dar E. We had just about everything we needed to stay there while our home was under repairs. The hosts were helpful, wish we could have stayed longer. It is on a beautiful property but very far from the freeway so perfect for a true getaway. ##### Jenna P.
