Your vacation estate features : Luxuriously appointed furnishings and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up 10 people include the master suite located in the south wing, featuring a king bed with luxurious bedding, a master retreat separated by a two-sided fireplace, a flat screen TV, his and her walk-in closets, an expansive bathroom with his and her amenities, a constant temperature Jacuzzi tub, direct outside access to the pool terrace and panoramic views from every window. Located next to the master suite in the south wing is bedroom 2, which features direct outdoor access to the pool terrace, a gorgeous view over the infinity edge pool and wine country below, queen bed, private ¾ bath, and a large closet. Across the hall are bedrooms 3 and 4, separated by a shared full bathroom, both appointed with queen size beds and walk-in closets. Located in the north wing is bedroom 5, features direct outdoor access to the north terrace featuring views of distant majestic mountains, 3 single beds, private 3/4 bath. Old Town Temecula has been around since 1882 when the California Railroad came through the valley and local investors created the first Bank, and the town retains many historical features. It's an absolute delight! Enjoy the sense of adventure and wonderment as you take time to explore Old Town Temecula's many alleyways with a new exciting discovery around every turn. Here you will find an amazing array of specialty stores, exclusive boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, and a myriad of antiques stores which together with whimsical and historical features that make Old Town Temecula what it is. It was very spacious both inside and out with stunning views of the wine country. The infinity pool and spa were ideal especially with the backdrop of the wine country valley. We had 9 people in total and the sleeping arrangements with the en suite bathrooms were very comfortable. We stayed at this property for a special celebration and were extremely disappointed. The home was clearly not properly cleaned — coffee stains on the floor, fecal matter left in toilets, urine stains in carpets, dirty dishes in the cabinets, clumps of hair and dirt in bathrooms, and large cobwebs filled with dead bugs. Walls throughout the home were stained and scuffed, giving it a neglected, unsanitary feel.Security was an issue: the master, where several women stayed had a doorknob that could be detached. Instead of fixing critical repairs, the host simply posted labels. To make matters worse, maintenance workers were on the property throughout our stay, making guests feel even more uncomfortable given the broken locks.The pool and hot tub were not maintained properly. The pool filter was detached when we arrived, and we had to fix it ourselves. Even after providing the mandatory detailed heating schedule, the hot tub was sometimes cold and the host was unresponsive. When contacted, he blamed overuse earlier in the day — despite agreeing to turn it on for two sessions during the frigid day.The 20/hour hot tub fee is unreasonable, especially since it takes about an hour just to heat up. Just raise the nightly price.When these issues were raised, the host was dismissive and unapologetic. This experience was misrepresented, and the poor conditions and lack of care ruined our experience. The home is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Micheal was a great host and was more than accommodating. The pool and backyard area was amazing. The area is private and the views are unbelievable. I had coffee outside every morning outside and enjoyed the view. Pool and hot tub were great. Clean and the temp was perfect. The furnishings are wonderful except, they are a little worn and in need of cleaning or replacement. Also, the toilets in the bathroom: three of the flushers kept falling off and the seats were old and yellow. The luxurious sheets in the master had holes in them. There are rules to follow with heating the pool, jacuzzi and grill which are cumbersome. So, yes the property is beautiful but in need of serious maintenance.
