Perfectly situated, almost every room showcases endless majestic views of wineries, vineyards, morning hot air balloons hovering over the valley, and painted romantic sunsets to finish out your perfect day with loved ones and friends over a glass of fine wine. Your vacation estate features : Luxuriously appointed furnishings and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up 10 people include the master suite located in the south wing, featuring a king bed with luxurious bedding, a master retreat separated by a two-sided fireplace, a flat screen TV, his and her walk-in closets, an expansive bathroom with his and her amenities, a constant temperature Jacuzzi tub, direct outside access to the pool terrace and panoramic views from every window. Located next to the master suite in the south wing is bedroom 2, which features direct outdoor access to the pool terrace, a gorgeous view over the infinity edge pool and wine country below, queen bed, private ¾ bath, and a large closet. Across the hall are bedrooms 3 and 4, separated by a shared full bathroom, both appointed with queen size beds and walk-in closets. Located in the north wing is bedroom 5, features direct outdoor access to the north terrace featuring views of distant majestic mountains, 3 single beds, private 3/4 bath. Old Town Temecula has been around since 1882 when the California Railroad came through the valley and local investors created the first Bank, and the town retains many historical features. It's an absolute delight! Enjoy the sense of adventure and wonderment as you take time to explore Old Town Temecula's many alleyways with a new exciting discovery around every turn. Here you will find an amazing array of specialty stores, exclusive boutiques, restaurants, art galleries, and a myriad of antiques stores which together with whimsical and historical features that make Old Town Temecula what it is. The views of the wine valley at all times of day are mesmerizing, the pool is a gem, and the house feels solid and comfortable. We saw a lot of wildlife as well- condors, deer, coyotes, quails, rabbits and geckos …. All the culinary tools and space in the kitchen you could want. Our host was responsive and cordial. For the last 10 years we have taken our family on a getaway between Christmas and New Years. My husband and I say to our kids/grandkids "this is our gift to you, and your gift to us is coming along and spending time together!". We love lounging by the pool, playing board games, grilling, and just spending time together. This house far exceeded any of our previous stays! The pool is spectacular, the barbecue set up is perfect, the interior is lovely and well equipped. And it is large enough so that everyone had their own space. The decor was a bit dated for my personal taste, but the furnishings were comfortable and functional. The inside of the house is just an appetizer to the delicious and amazing views on the back patio and yard. You can view the hot air balloon launches in the morning and watch gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The pool furniture is abundant and very comfortable. We are a family of home cooks with a deep fondness for creating tasty dishes from recipes passed on from our loved ones as well as new meals. Villa Serenita sits atop a most beautiful hill with a view from where so much of our joy begins and ends each day, in the kitchen! The furnishings are wonderful except, they are a little worn and in need of cleaning or replacement. Also, the toilets in the bathroom: three of the flushers kept falling off and the seats were old and yellow. The luxurious sheets in the master had holes in them. There are rules to follow with heating the pool, jacuzzi and grill which are cumbersome. So, yes the property is beautiful but in need of serious maintenance. It was very spacious both inside and out with stunning views of the wine country. The infinity pool and spa were ideal especially with the backdrop of the wine country valley. We had 9 people in total and the sleeping arrangements with the en suite bathrooms were very comfortable.
