That's true if you consider having to park in the Public Lot next door, but there are no guaranteed spots in the lot at the unit. Not a deal breaker though. Super convenient for walking into town. It would be nice if the unit had a top down shade on the window since it opens directly onto the driveway into the interior courtyard parking lot.
