Please see San Miguel County website for the most updated Covid information. https://covid-19-sanmiguelco.hub.arcgis.com/ Riverside D02 is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Gondola Corridor, steps to downtown historic Telluride's Main Street and the ski lifts! The Bear Creek Trailhead is right at the complex. The San Miguel River flows past the outdoor deck with the River Trail taking you to the Gondola, or to the eastern waterfalls at the end of the Valley. The condo's open kitchen is fully stocked with everything the cook desires. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings. A vast expansive Telluride view can be seen from the patio doors in the living room and the deck right outside. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. The Master has an en suite bathroom and the Master bedroom features a brand new (6/18) king size bed. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a twin trundle bed. The outdoor hot tub for the building is next door along the San Miguel River. All the comforts of home are here in this awesome residence! Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA determined closings\*\* Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. The beds were good, looks like a new washer and dryer, the fireplace had no problems. We ate out for almost every meal because this place is so close and convenient to food, shopping, and the gondola. I loved that we could ride the gondola for free. The only thing I would say about the place is that the couch was a little uncomfortable in some spots. Don't let that stop you from renting here. Nothing fancy here, but everything was well thought out and everything worked as it should ... and when you are in Telluride you want to be outside and out and about.
