Experience Telluride as if it was still the 80s. This one-bedroom lodge is in a prime location in downtown Telluride with easy access to skiing, hiking and so much more! Bedding: King, full-size sofa-sleeper This funky condo in the Telluride Lodge throws it back to the skiing heyday of the 80s - with prices to match. Guests enter this unit from a second-floor hallway and are welcomed into a cozy, retro living space down a small flight of stairs. The living room has a flatscreen TV, and an iPod dock all nestled in front of a gas fireplace. A full-size sofa sleeper provides extra accommodations for guests, and a deck off the living room overlooks the large grassy common space at the Telluride Lodge. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a ton of light due to a solarium, as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The king bedroom is located on the lower level of this unit, with a shower-only bathroom. Free wireless internet is included in every stay. The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7\. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk. AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! \*Home Truths:\* \- 749 Square Feet \- There is no A/C at this property. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Please note that there are two shared hot tubs. One outdoor, and one indoor, that are open between the hours of 10am-10pm. \- This home has access to a communal hot tub. \- Community hot tub is not available during the off-season. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. \- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Parking for guests is first-come, first-serve at the onsite outdoor lot. There is no designated parking spot with this vacation rental, but a pass will be provided. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. \--- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Sleeper sofa \--- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. The previous reviews about the kitchen needing some updating is spot on. There are old drawers for the silverware and knives that are not on rails or guides so they want to fall when pulled only halfway out (when full of knives). The kitchen otherwise is well outfitted with a few spices and the basics for a day of coffee/tea.There could be some updated pillows for the bed/couch that seem to have been there for a very long time.Having a heater and fan was nice to have as well as the gas fireplace.The sliding glass door to the patio would be nice if there was a lock on it beyond just the wooden dowel to keep it closed.It did work fine for what we needed, but pillows were rough. ##### mike w. Broken drawers, cabinets with doors that dont close well. The countertops are warping and old porous Formica. The carpeted stairs dont have a tread and I slipped once on them and if not for the hand rail would have not been good. The layout has it were it stays uncomfortably warm in the living space and kitchen but nice in the bedroom. We left a day early as we didn't care to be uncomfortable. If there was some way to get air movement other then the little fan supplied we might have stayed. The kitchen was a large turn-off though. The drawers gave us trouble every time we needed something from them, or returning things in them. Location is great. Needs some attention to detail. ##### Brian B. The location was perfect for us, and parking was easy. Close to Clark’s market for food. Telluride Lodge is just fine overall but our unit wasn’t great. There is a lot of wear on wall paper, trim. the screen door is barely functional. There were just four dining type chairs on patio— no table. The shower is unlike anything I’ve ever seen and really could use re-grouting. The kitchen is well—appointed for the most part, but no hot pads! We couldn’t get the tv to work at all— we didnt try very hard because we were busy. This place needs to be remodeled! ##### Barbara T. We had our 1-year old son with us, and the rental company was awesome to provide TWO pack n’ plays and a high chair upon request. The two pack n’ plays was an absolute lifesaver because we could keep one in the master bedroom and one upstairs to either put the baby in or to block off the stairs going down to the master. The living room was spacious enough for us all (my husband and I, the baby, and a friend) to comfortably hang out, the kitchen felt vintage and cozy and had all the cookware we needed, and you can’t beat the overall location of the Telluride Lodge condos. The rental company was also great in quickly getting us what we needed when we asked for new sheets and more towels. We had a great stay! ##### Alexa D. Great location, easy access to lift 7\. There is a ticket office at lift 7 or you can walk the path along the creek to the gondola station, it’s about 10 mins. Good internet, well equipped kitchen. This property looked just like the pictures! 80’s decor but was clean and cozy. Surprisingly comfortable (Newer) pull out sofa. Was clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We cooked breakfast before heading out for the day, and the kitchen had everything we needed including spices! Buy your own coffee and oil for cooking. Walking distance to everything, and right next to several restaurants and bars. Great stay for the price, would def stay again! ##### Kylie S. The condo was a bit dated, but it was clean and well furnished. The coffee pot and toaster didn’t work, but they were quickly replaced with new appliances when we called the office.
