Telluride Lodge is the only complex in town spread over a five-acre park-like setting, across the river from the base of Lift #7. Bedding: Queen, two twin day beds The location makes this unit convenient to everything in town as well as the ski slopes. And for those looking for economy and value, this one is a great pick. Enter the unit from the common interior second-floor hallway. Up a half-flight are the living room, kitchen and dining area. Here you'll find a TV with cable, Bose radio, fireplace (electric), and two twin beds in an L-layout. The dining table seats four. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped. Up another half-flight is the bathroom with shower only and bedroom with queen bed and TV with cable, and a DVD player. The washer/dryer for the unit is located on the entry level in the utility room. Ski storage is located just outside the front door in the hall closet. Free wireless internet is included in every stay. The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7\. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk. ​​​​​​​AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. One outdoor, and one indoor, that are open between the hours of 10am-10pm. \- This home has access to a communal hot tub. \- Community hot tub is not available during the off-season. \- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. Easy to the lift, and parking was a breeze. Quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quiet during sleep hours. The 'not great' - This unit simply smells bad. You get used to it, but every time I walked into the unit, it bothered me. I have a CPAP machine, and when I got home, the smell of the unit continued to reside in the machine, which almost made me gag. The heater in the living room knocks as well, which contributed to some disruptive sleep for my buddy. Look - the place is inexpensive. For the price, I got what I paid for. It's an old, and outdated unit and it is priced as such. If you are going to live it up outside at Telluride, as you should, and need a bargain in a town that laughs at anyone work less than $5 mil - then this is a great spot. ##### gerald s.
