Welcome to South Oak Retreat, a modern and luxurious 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom private home perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Telluride, near the corner of South Oak Street and West Pacific Street. Offering effortless access to skiing, hiking, dining, shopping, and the free Telluride gondola, this exceptional residence combines style, comfort, and convenience in one of Telluride’s most desirable locations.  
  
Accommodating up to eleven guests comfortably, this home provides the ideal setting for an unforgettable mountain stay — whether you’re here for world-class skiing, outdoor exploration, or Telluride’s renowned festivals.  
  
Property Overview  
  
Enter the home from West Pacific Street into a spacious foyer with a half bath and adjacent mudroom — complete with ample storage for coats, skis, and outdoor gear. A short staircase leads to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area.  
  
The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, including a Viking range, full refrigerator and freezer, and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar seats three guests, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a crockpot, blender, cast-iron skillet, drip and Nespresso coffee makers, and all essentials for at-home dining.  
  
The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the living room offers two sofas, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV — creating a warm, inviting space to gather. The main level also provides access to two private decks: one with an outdoor dining table for six and another with a BBQ grill.  
  
A mini-split A/C and heating system ensures comfort in all seasons.
