There are a multitude of upgrades that make this convenient condo a great choice for the savvy traveler. Granite counters in the kitchen, plush furnishings, and southwestern decor all combine to give Etta Place Too #105 an invitingly comfortable ambiance. The beds are a king in the master and a split king (can be king or 2 twins) in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bathroom just had a full remodel and the second bath has been upgraded in the recent past.. Etta Place Too is located at the base of Lift #7 and Lower Milk Run and soaking in the hot tub will surely be entertaining as the last skiers ride off the mountain right in front of you! The slope-side location in downtown Telluride and the common hot tub and swimming pool (summer only) are added bonuses! Business License# 208 The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Kitchen, though small, is well equipped. Being on the first floor provides easy access to close by ski lift. Most restaurants in town, or gondola for Mountain Village, are within a reasonably brief 12 minute walk. We had just a of couple issues. A minor issue is that the toilet flush in one of the bathrooms really needs to be fixed. It works but it’s just annoying. You’ll understand when you try it. The second major issue that we had is that the jacuzzi was out of order when we were there. That was soooooooo disappointing. Play Pickleball for 2 hours and hike 5 miles up a mountain and back and believe me, a jacuzzi is all you want. We were very bummed it was out of order. The location was great and the unit was a nice size and layout. We were most excited about the pool and hot tub since our kids haven't been able to swim this summer, but unfortunately the pool was dark green with an algae problem. I know that this wasn't the fault of the property management, but since this was the reason we booked this property it was a huge disappointment. It would have been nice if they'd offered anything other than just recommending a local river to swim in instead. The unit itself was okay but for the price we expected the furnishings to be a bit nicer. We ended up joking about the smelly couch throughout our stay but it didn't make us want to sit on the main couch for long. The kitchen sink was also almost unusable because the water pressure was so low. We ended up using the wet bar more than the kitchen for washing. Lift 7 is right outside the back door, and you can ski right back up. The space itself was very comfortable and just right for 4 adults. Overall, great spot! ##### Sam B. A nice bike and walking trail. This place had everything we needed and even extra thoughtful items like antibacterial wipes and gel, sunscreen, chapstick etc. in a nice little goody bag.
