With 1,200 square feet of gorgeous, modern living space and two elegant bedrooms, this lovely Telluride condominium keeps you close to the ski slopes in the winter and steps away from the festivals and other outdoor events in the warmer months. The contemporary LIVING AREA has gorgeous natural wood accents that add a perfect dash of warmth to the modern style. Neutral sofas and armchairs surround the electric fireplace and large HDTV so you’ll have the ideal place to curl up under a cozy blanket and catch up on your favorite TV show. Glass doors with sky-high transoms allow in all of the natural light and frame the beautiful surrounding views perfectly. A blond wood DINING table with lots of seating leads directly into the open KITCHEN. Here, the natural wood theme continues with custom shaker cabinets that are topped with sparkling white quartz countertops. Top-of-the-line appliances include a gas range with a griddle, an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, and a panel-front refrigerator. The tiered bar area offers extra seating for your crew. The first of two private bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a luxurious king-size bed set against a shiplap accent wall. The bed faces a large HDTV and has reading lamps on either side. Glass doors lead outside to the balcony, where you can view the soaring mountain ridge and ski areas. The ENSUITE bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in shower. In the GUEST BEDROOM, there is a split-king-size bed that can be made into two twin-size beds upon request. An ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM has a walk-in shower. Complete with a convenient STORAGE AREA that is large enough to hold all of your gear, guests of Skyline at Meribel will love the convenience of being able to enjoy any outdoor activity with ease. Close to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and mountain biking paths, all of the Rocky Mountain adventures you crave are right outside your door. The home itself is immaculate: modern, clean, cozy, warm, heated floors in the bathroom, steam shower, instant hot water, a well supplied kitchen, covered parking space, and gorgeous views from the living room. Two sets of stairs to reach the highest level in the house which was not a problem for us, but wouldn't be recommended for anyone who doesn't traverse stairs well. would highly recommend this property to friends and family. ##### Brent G. Wife, dog and I stayed for a week. What a great location and setup. Half a block to the restaurants, anothe block tot he gondola, hiking within a few blocks of the front door - location was just perfect. Amenities like a 5 star hotel with some added touches like a steam shower in the master bath, awesome!!! The only drawback was the location of the master bedroom in relation to the alley. It was noisy throughout the nights with people and trucks in the morning so it was hard to sleep with the windows open. Everything else was first class! ##### Brian H.
