This was perfect for our family of 6 and a huge bonus for us that they had a PNP in the closet! Beds were incredibly comfortable, whole house was very clean, and what a sweet touch with the bowl of goodies for our kids and a bottle of wine for us. It's at the top, kind of tucked away so it's quieter, but still has great walkability. Convenient to all of Mountain Village and Telluride thanks to the gondolas. They do need to fix some of the posts on the balcony (kids found a few broken ones in the flowerbed below and the open spots did make me a bit nervous with my 3 year old out there bc he could easily fall through) and might be time to check the appliances/pans as we could tell they've lived a good life, but nothing to deter us from staying there again and recommending it to others. The rest of our group all stayed at a house about 10 minutes away and were very jealous at the quality and convenience of this rental. ##### Courtney O.
