If you've ever wished you could open your door and have instant access to the slopes, look no further. Located right by Telluride Ski Resort and close to the Meadows Run lift and Free Intercept Gondola, this home is ideal for people who desire a true ski-in/out vacation retreat. All you need is your snowboard or skis, and you're free to enjoy the winter wonderland around you. For something a little more on the mellow side, bring your clubs and visit the nearby golf course or try the bike park for a brisk ride while admiring the surrounding area. To indulge your creative side, Telluride is about seven miles away, and hosts live shows at the performing arts theater. Stop off at the brewery to discuss the day's events before returning home.

Your vacation home's high ceilings and spacious interior give it a luxurious and welcoming ambiance. After returning from your outing, meet in the living area and watch your favorite shows together on the TV to unwind. The full kitchen's generous space and amenities make preparing a snack or meal a breeze. For another option, use the gas grill outside and breathe in the crisp Colorado air as you sear your food. Eat indoors or take it out on the patio and dine alfresco while marveling at the mountain view. When nighttime approaches, start the fireplace and bask in its pleasant light, then go to bed and blissfully fall asleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Vacasa property management is terrible

Very convenient location. Comfortable accommodations. However, Vacasa property management is terrible. It took them 5.5 days to finally get someone to come to the house to address the broken hot tub. They never addressed the broken window we found upon arrival. They keep telling us they would notify their local team but no one ever came by. I will never stay at a Vacasa managed property again.

Presdident’s Day Weekend Stay

Overall nice place just like most condos/townhomes in Telluride it was very dated. Parking is very limited and access if tough even for just vehicle.The property is slope side, but was not an easy access ski-in/ski-out property.

Wonderful stay, but lack of communication

We had an absolute wonderful stay, however there was no communication for the “regular maintenance” hot tub guy who showed up unannounced. He could not provide any sort of paper work or proof of work order and there was only 1 female home alone at that point and was uncomfortable letting him in. There was no previous communication of a worker to be expected. I talked to a vacasa representative later that afternoon and they had no record of someone scheduled to show up. Nor could they tell me if it was regular maintenance or for a problem. Our group had not used the hot tub yet, so I couldn’t say if it was functioning properly. The representative mentioned they’d get the maintenance guy to come back. Later that day, our group tried to use the hot tub and the jets were not working well because the water level was so low it could not circulate. I messaged again asking if there was a confirmed maintenance scheduled and they said they’d call him again. The woman i talked to seemed annoyed I was following up letting them know the hot tub wasn’t working great and asking if they had a maintenance guy on the schedule.We were there for 5 days and 4 nights. The guy had tried on day 2, and never showed up again. We paid a lot of money to rent the house with the location, specifically looking at houses with hot tubs for after skiing, and were disappointed by our experience with the hot tub experience. I really had no other complaints and would so easily give this place a 5!

Location, location, location!!!

This condo was ski in / ski out, right on the Meadows run. The unit was nicely decorated, but a bit worn. We would definitely stay there again, however. We did encounter a few minor issues, however. The TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, the front burners of the stove wouldn't light, and the parking spot in the driveway was quite short. Because the access road in front of the condo was narrow, it was a challenge getting our full-size van into (and out of) the driveway, but after several re-alignments we did it.

This townhome was great. Amazing views and perfect location. Walking distance to the gondolas and town center. We would stay here again for sure.

Great place, poor service

We loved this place for its convenient location, nice amenities and beautiful views - but the wi-fi and TV did not work and we were not able to get any assistance or information from the host despite daily attempts to do so until the 6th day of our 7 day stay. Be aware that this property is managed by a company, not an individual, and the quality of customer service reflects that. We considered ourselves lucky that the problem was just wi-fi and not something more serious.

Everything You Would Expect and Then Some

Wonderful home with all the right amenities. Having the steam shower after a day on the slopes was the best. Location could not have been better. We skied right out the back door onto the Meadows run. Taking that run gave you access to the Chondola or the Sunshine Express lifts. We were also about a 4 minute walk to the center of Mountain Village, Village Express lift, and the free Gondola over to Telluride or down to Market Plaza. Truly one of the best ski in ski out locations we have been to. We had a small issue and Vacasa was right there to help out and get it fixed. Overall a wonderful time and a fabulous home - Thank you for letting us stay!
