Location cannot be beat - literally steps from Gondola and Mountain Village town square. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We didn't use the loft bed since we had young kids - be aware, it is definitely up a tall ladder - probably best suited for older children or young adults. Communication with property managers was great if you ever needed anything. Access to Lift 4, the gondola and the chondola were essentially directly off the patio in the back. It couldn't have been a more convenient location. Joe from Exceptional Stays was very accommodating at offering us an option to stay at discount or swap to another Telluride property (which we did). We stayed one quick night here. The main lift #4 from Mountain Village up the mountain is out the back door. The gondola that takes you into Telluride is only steps away. The ski school meets seconds away from the back door of this unit. We literally watched the ski school instructors have their morning pow wow meeting from the living room window. It is perfect if you want to ski home and have lunch rather than deal with the high prices and the congestion in the restaurants on the mountain, especially if you have little kids. They can come home, warm up, eat lunch and get right back out there. Accommodations are family friendly with bunk beds and a queen bed in the loft.
