Welcome to Gold Dust Crossing, an AvantStay home!

A luxurious 3-bed/3-bath condominium with garage parking, all just a short walk from the free Gondola.

All on one level, this is a well-designed and tastefully appointed property. The living spaces feature wide plank wood floors, welcoming furniture and a flat screen TV, all warmed by a large gas fireplace. Framed by windows, and providing access to a spacious balcony, the views of Telluride's Box Canyon and Ballard Peak are stunning. The adjacent dining room has seating for six and there are three stools at the bar to the open kitchen. Granite counters, a gas range and plenty of chef amenities highlight the kitchen. There is a hallway bath finished in Travertine with a steam shower that serves both the living spaces and the first guest bedroom, a bright and spacious room with two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

Back in the hall you will pass the private laundry. On the left is the Master Suite, furnished with a queen bed, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a private balcony with views of the red rock walls and Mendota Peak. The en suite features a jetted tub and a large steam shower.

At the end of the hall is the second guest bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bath with jetted tub and shower combo.

This property has access from two stairwells inside the penthouse-style flat. Travelers will appreciate the convenience and comfort of this Telluride Gem.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- The lot next door is under construction until 2024, noise is to be expected.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Telluride Condo

This condo is great, location is ideal and AdvantStay runs a high class operation. Arrived an hour early and no issue with checking in. Communications with the host were almost instantaneous. Would definitely book this property and others with AdvantStay again.

Great Place in Telluride

Great place to ski and stay. Perfect for 6. The unit was clean and spacious with a great open area attached to kitchen. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Just a 3 min walk to gondola...very convenient location. Stores, restaurants, and groceries all within short walking distance.

Concierge team was very communicative, helped coordinate grocery delivery and sourced a second parking pass. As for the area, eat breakfast at baked in telluride- amazing spot 2-3 blocks away, kids and I ate there 4 days straight and we will be back!

Summer in telluride

I have a mixed review of this property. The check in process was easy and efficient. Communication with the host went very well and the host was very accommodating. The location of the unit was really nice for our needs. The furniture, while pretty run down… was comfortable. Now here are some issues we discovered… the one hair dryer was not located until the end of the stay as it was in an owner drawer. There are now two hair dryers… as I had to buy one and I left it in the unit… it will be easy to find. The unit was rather dirty. There was mold in the shower and crumbs and other icky stuff on and in the couches and my husband had to clean bugs out of the fridge. No one informed us that across the hall… like two feet from our door… the unit was under construction. There was a lot of noise early in the morning.. in addition the stair case was torn up and had a slippery covering over it. They were also working on this during our stay…. So more noise. The unit as a whole was sunny and open… but a run down worn hard rental unit. It definitely needs a facelift, it’s tired. The exterior lock doesn’t work. However the lock in the unit itself did work.

Great location!

The condo has a great location, is spacious, and is well-appointed. My family including our 2 teenage children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked two blocks to the Gondola every morning with ski boots on and carrying skis. Also an easy walk to restaurants.

Incredible Views in the Heart of Telluride

Gold Dust A4 gave us vistas and wildlife! The windows and balconies provide panoramic views of Telluride's famed box canyon. When we were there in July, the hummingbird feeders located on the balcony below the bedroom balcony attracted a variety of colorful of hummingbirds every morning and evening. We even spied a bear prowling the alley two nights of our stay. The condo itself is very spacious and the layout provides plenty of privacy between the bedrooms and the living area. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family meals. And, the washer and dryer came in handy. The location of this property was ideal for the summer activities we had planned. Its close proximity to the river trail allowed for easy access to fishing, tubing, and biking. The Bear Creek Falls and Jud Wiebe/Cornet Falls trailheads were within easy walking distance. And the mountain bikers in our group didn't have to go far to hop on the gondola to Mountain Village. Note: The property description mentions an elevator, but we were advised against using it by some other people in the building. The stairs to this third floor unit were no problem for us, but I would not recommend this property to anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.
