Muscatel Flats #9 has brand-new furnishings and is equipped with all the items to make you feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with has been upgraded with large and small appliances, countertops, lighting, and cabinets. A large flat screen tv featuring streaming channels and cable for your viewing entertainment and a Bluetooth speaker for your listening entertainment is in the living area. There is a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa with a comfy mattress. The spacious and bright bathroom features a full shower with a tub to soak your cares away or to relax after a long day of the festival! The bedroom has a brand-new queen bed. The closet has plenty of extra storage space. There is also a little reading nook. The complex boasts a hot tub that faces the town park and the Telluride River Trail. For those visiting in the winter, it is steps away from the town park Nordic trail and the Galloping Goose free shuttle for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort. It is located one block from Telluride's Main Street. It is also only 3 blocks from the world-famous gondola. This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family of four. Muscatel Flats #9 is located on the 3rd floor. 10/5/20: The new clearance of Muscatel garage and it is 6' 7" from floor to ceiling. Please make sure that no vehicle enters the garage that is higher than this height or that individual will be responsible for any damage caused to the ceiling.​​​​​​​ Business License #179 \*\*The hot tub may close at any time due to a health and safety issue. The hosts were so thoughtful. We had a personalized sign at the door, peaceful music playing when we arrived, and loads of information on things to do and places to eat locally. The location was ideal with the best views of the mountains. It was nice and quiet, which we really appreciate. The until was spotless and well appointed. My husband grilled for us on the patio one evening and we weren’t lacking for anything we needed. I believe it would be an even more excellent summer location as we've gotten spoiled by years of being very close to the lift and not having to carry our skis. Perfectly situated between Colorado and the town park. Easy to have guests over for dinner! Only down side was bbq not working and we had been counting on that. The location of this condo is very good and there are beautiful views out the windows and from the deck. That said, the deck is not very private and it should be noted that the living room window from the unit next door looks onto the balcony of the unit we stayed in which is a bit weird. The furnishings are so-so and not very comfortable and the cushions on the couch tend to slip off. The blinds in the bedroom do not go up and down very easily. We were very happy with our stay (family of four, two kids 8 & 11 and small dog) in this unit. It was well cleaned and really well stocked. The welcome bag was a nice touch, there was a great info book and tons of DVDs which was perfect for the rainy afternoons. The outdoor deck was fabulous, although I wish a broom would have been left to clean away the leaves. The location is perfect. We come to Telluride every year and loved this location the best. If you don't mind pulling the sofa bed out every day, it will work for a family. An easy walk to the Oak Street chairlift in the morning and only a few minutes stroll to any shopping. Morning view from living room and bedroom are spectacular.
