It combines modern craftsmanship with rustic architectural styling and is framed on either side by unbroken views of the Telluride ski resort and the roaring San Miguel River. The home's privileged position allows it to be next to the ski lift, gondola, and center of downtown Telluride. If you're seeking a luxurious lifestyle in a premier location, this home is hard to beat. There's no shortage of beautiful seating spaces to indulge in and kickback, from the sunlight deck to the sunny living areas. A thoroughly picked selection of furniture allows you to take advantage of the crackling fireplace that radiates old-fashion comfort in the wintertime. At the same time, vaulted ceilings enhance the room's spacious look, and picture windows gaze over the misty tree-lined horizon. The sun-spotted deck is another great place to take in the scene. Grocery store a block away, farmers market, shops and restaurants, hardware store, hikes, parks, church, gondola. Didn’t get in car the entire two weeks. Especially loves being right on the creek with the beautiful path alongside. Rental company responsive to minor requests we had and place was clean and efficient. ##### julie k. This property is such a great location. We had an easy walk to the gondola and it is near some great dining options. The property is very organized and has everything you need.
